Clients meet with the nutritionist weekly, and they develop meal plans and learn healthy ways of eating, in order to improve physical health. Clients are fully involved in the process of learning healthy ways to eat what they wish and desire, solely. The nutritionist fully works with the client to determine what will be helpful to create healthy eating patterns, and clients choose what type of meal plan will work for them to help increase feelings of success and goal attainment. Clients are helped with healthy weight loss and/or weight gain, as well.
A review of the individuals overall health and wellness is performed.
The clients information is analyzed to determine the specific nutritional needs for that individual.
After determining the individual’s nutritional needs, a specific nutritional plan can be developed.
Meal planning is provided to help the person manage eating habits.
