Clients are encouraged to participate in healthy exercise

in order to improve physical health and reduce post-acute withdrawal syndrome, while increasing serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and “happy feelings.” Clients enjoy daily excursions to the gym where they can participate in physical fitness and exercise. Clients use the state of the art gym and equipment to address physical maladies and/or to improve their physical well-being and fitness. Clients have access to gym equipment, basketball courts, saunas, hot tubs, and many other amenities at the gym. Clients are also encouraged to attend park outings to play basketball, sports, or just to enjoy their surroundings.

Clients have access to a pool on property to relax and/or swim, and they have access to an outside shower to wash off any residual properties on their bodies before and after going into the pool. Many individuals with pain disorders and body aches/pains from post-acute withdrawal syndrome enjoy the pool and low impact exercise that helps improve pain disorders and mobility.

First place I went to treatment at and I loved it , I would recommend this place for anyone.
