Clients are provided with visits to the beach
related to easy beach access, as community housing and clinical offices are located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Clients enjoy the warm environment and soothing feel of salt water from the ocean, as a means to revive themselves towards healing. Other clients choose to bathe in the sun and tan their bodies. Sunscreen is provided as a healthy measure to sun bathe.
Clients are also afforded the opportunity to walk to the beach at night with their peers while monitored, in order to help with community building and a sense of peace. Clients can watch the moon glisten on the water, and this feeling of peace helps greatly in the healing process and clearing of the mind of racing thoughts and negative self-talk.
Galt has done a lot for me, I’ll never be able to repay them enough. They have scholarshipped many people including my best friend and flew her in from Georgia when she did not have insurance, they didn’t make a penny off of her. They have scholarshipped me for 3 months, they didn’t make any money off of me either. It’s not Galt or any other treatment center to pay or bribe clients to come to their facility, that’s what marketers do. Here at Galt many of us are very close with the owner of this treatment center, when and where do you ever see that with other treatment centers! I know none that I’ve ever been to.
