Again, this one relates to heated discussions. Far too many people react instantaneously when the other person says something. But, reacting comes from your anger, not from a logical standpoint. 4) Find expert help

While anger is a natural emotion, sometimes it can become so uncontrollable and destructive that you can’t face it alone. If you could, then you wouldn’t have an anger issue.
